Mr. Lehman, a twenty-five year veteran of the industry, is the founder and owner of Lehman Escrow, LLC and Co-Owner of Lehman Title & Escrow, LLC which provides commercial and residential real estate transactional services for national corporations and individual clients in all Tennessee & Kentucky counties. Mr. Lehman has additionally closed commercial properties in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, US possessions and foreign countries, such as, Puerto Rico, Honduras and Belize.
Mr. Lehman is admitted to practice in the in United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, U.S. District Court for Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, Middle District of Tennessee Bankruptcy Court, and all Tennessee State Courts, where he litigates contract disputes, business disputes, insurance claims, probate matters, and real estate matters. He has been a member of the American and Tennessee Bar associations, as well as the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association). Mr. Lehman formerly served on the
board for Vicki’s Kids a Tennessee Non-Profit Corporation, board of Nashville CARES for six years and Young Executive Board of the Cumberland Club in Nashville and has been named to Cambridge’s Who’s Who in 2009. |
