Whitney comes to the firm from the healthcare industry where she worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of a national hospital corporation in the pursuit of acquiring new hospital facilites. She brings with her a proactive mindset, communicating and coordinating with the parties to each transaction, working to identify potential issues for our clients and address those items seamlessly behind the scenes, avoiding surprises at closing.
